How does it work?
Historically, hypnosis has been practiced in various forms since the 18th century. Scientific research supports the effectiveness of hypnosis in coaching, particularly in its ability to alter neural activity in a way that improves focus and enhances emotional control. Studies show that hypnosis can significantly reduce stress and anxiety, often more effectively than traditional relaxation techniques.
In contrast to the entertaining stage hypnosis known from social media and/or TV, hypnosis in coaching is aimed at achieving a gentle state of consciousness characterized by deep relaxation and trance. It’s essential to clarify that in this state, clients retain control over their experience, are merely more susceptible to positive suggestions, and have better access to their subconscious.
This enhanced state of relaxation allows for the exploration and reshaping of ingrained beliefs and behaviors. The coaching sessions are designed to strategically address specific questions or topics, enhancing self-awareness and driving positive life changes.
