GTC

1.Scope of Services:

1.1. The Coach provides coaching services utilizing Hypnosis, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and other approved coaching techniques.

1.2. Coaching sessions are intended solely for personal growth, development, and enhancement of the client’s quality of life.

1.3. It is expressly understood that the Coach does not engage in medical treatment or make any guarantees of healing.

1.4. The Coach reserves the right to modify or terminate coaching sessions at their discretion if deemed necessary for the client’s benefit.

2.Disclaimer:

2.1. The Coach assumes no liability for the outcomes of coaching sessions.

2.2. Any statements or evaluations made by the Coach are considered recommendations based on professional knowledge and experience and do not constitute assurances of specific outcomes.

2.3. The client bears sole responsibility for their decisions and actions taken during and following coaching sessions.

2.4. The Coach shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the client’s participation in coaching sessions.

3.Confidentiality:

3.1. All information exchanged during coaching sessions shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s explicit consent.

3.2. The Coach reserves the right to utilize anonymized information obtained from coaching sessions for research or case studies, provided that the client provides written consent.

4.Payment Terms:

4.1. Payment for coaching sessions shall be made in advance or as agreed upon between the Coach and the client.

4.2. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of a session by the client, the full fee for the scheduled session shall be due unless alternative arrangements have been made.

4.3. The Coach reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments at a rate of 5% percent above the base rate.

5.Cancellation Policy:

5.1. Cancellations or rescheduling of sessions must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time; otherwise, the full fee for the session shall be charged.

6.Severability Clause:

6.1. Should any provision of these GTC be determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

7.Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

7.1. These GTC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.

7.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these GTC shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin.

These GTC constitute the agreement between the Coach and the client and govern the terms of their engagement. By booking a coaching session, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
