Let’s transform challenges into victories
Embracing Change with Confidence and Clarity
Early Steps
My story begins in the picturesque countryside of rural Italy, where I spent my early years in simplicity and nature. Despite financial hardships and the lack of modern conveniences, my parents, both struggling artists, always managed to make ends meet, leaving me with nothing but fond memories of that time.
When I was five, we relocated to a small village in France, moving one step closer to civilisation and my father’s career prospects. This new environment not only introduced me to a new language and culture but also a close-knit community. I still vividly remember my early attempts to exchange my first French words with the neighborhood kids, which often led to funny misunderstandings but also sparked my interest and openness for new encounters and interpersonal communication.
Challenge to Change
Transitioning to a larger city in Switzerland at the age of ten was a seismic shift for me. Our move, driven by my father’s quest for an artistic breakthrough and my parents’ desire for me to receive a better education, presented both opportunities and challenges. Adjusting to the new surroundings and frequent school changes in a high-crime area exposed me to difficult situations, including early and regular contact with drugs and alcohol. However, these experiences became pivotal in my journey. Overcoming addiction — one of the most challenging patterns to break — taught me invaluable lessons about resilience, the power of self-belief, and the path to lasting change.
After high school I spent two years in the United States in an attempt to break free from my tumultuous past and pursue my own dreams. There, I began to see the first signs of my true calling. Volunteering at a retirement home and an elementary school, I realized the profound positive impact one individual can have on others. It felt like I had found my purpose and ignited a desire to make a difference in the world.
The inspiring experiences abroad, centered around interaction and connection, fueled my interest in the transformative power of dialogue. Upon returning to Germany, I channeled this passion into linguistic studies at the University of Heidelberg.

Solving Problems to Setting Strategies
During my studies, a combination of luck and coincidence led me to a job at a renowned private detective agency, where I began a career in undercover investigations targeting economic crime. My work gradually shifted towards consulting services focused on resolving internal issues within companies. Delving into the inner workings of organizations, I developed a fascination with corporate structures and the underlying psychology of human behavior. It became evident to me that whether it involved interpersonal relationships or self-reflection, effective communication was at the heart of solving most challenges I encountered.
Driven by this realization, I transitioned from a problem-oriented mission to a solution-driven approach. Leveraging insights from my studies, I designed tailored communication trainings and coaching sessions for C-level executives, aimed at breaking down rigid hierarchies and fostering better working environments. Through this work, I gained valuable insights into interpersonal dynamics and conflict management and learned to focus on the essentials under pressure.
From Rubble to Resilience
A critical moment in my life was marked by a three-month volunteering stint in Nepal in 2015. Working in several earthquake relief projects, I witnessed the true power of resilience and the boundless capacity of the human spirit to rise above even the greatest challenges. Seeing individuals from around the globe unite to restore what was lost was truly inspiring. Experiencing how solidarity and support operate beyond cultural and language barriers was profoundly inspiring and touching.
This period marks the beginning of my transition from investigative consulting to coaching. The resilience I observed in Nepal continues to inspire me, emphasizing the importance of inner strength, collaborative support, and practical strategies for overcoming adversity.
